Neale offers corporations a unique, needs-based way to sell their financial and non-financial products. She connects adults to the most important asset in their lives: their kids. As the leading expert on family and children's finances, Neale was one of the first female banking executives in the 1970's and then became President of The First Women's Bank and founder of The First Children's Bank. She is credited with creating the topic of kids and money.
In 1989, Neale formed her own company, Children’s Financial Network, Inc., whose mission is to educate children and their parents about money. Neale is the New York Times #1 Best-Selling Author of 28 books about money and value issues and reaches more than 10 million families. She has been seen on such shows as Oprah, GMA, Today, CNN, CNBC and is a contributor to Kiplinger.
Neale was the first to develop money curriculum for children, K-12. Her program, LIFE, INC: The Ultimate Career Guide for Young People, sponsored by Deloitte Foundation, served over 500,000 youth including 200,000 military youth. The program has been honored by The White House.
Neale’s ECO-Effect ®: The Greening of Money, combines ECOnomics and ECOlogy to show adults and children how they can save money while also saving the environment.
Neale’s two formerly released #1 educational gaming apps teach kids to be money and environmentally savvy. While kids play Green$treets: Shmootz Happens! emails are sent to parents / grandparents / educators. Tom Hester, creator of Shrek designed the Green$treets characters and is one of Neale’s partners.
Despite all of her achievements, her kids are most proud that she was a question on Jeopardy! and an answer in The New York Times crossword puzzle!

Neale is an Executive in Residence and Innovation Fellow at Columbia Graduate School of Business as well as the Senior Mentor for the Think Bigger: The Innovation Method course. She also coaches startups in Africa and South America for Columbia Graduate School.
