Her current board positions include: serving as the Vice-Chair of the Advisory Board at The Payments Association, where she provides insights and guidance on the regulatory and policy landscape of the payments industry. She is also a NED for Wealthify (a subsidiary of the Aviva Group). With extensive international experience, she works collaboratively with employees, customers, and strategic partners to drive industry-leading innovation and growth. Nathalie Oestmann is the former Chief Operating Officer at Outlier Ventures, She is a driving force at the forefront of the emerging Web3 and Open Metaverse ecosystem. With a focus on supporting and investing in crypto space’s most promising founders and projects, She boasts over 5 years of experience in Fintech and Web3 sectors. Demonstrating a proven track record of growth and execution, she brings professionalism and structure to scaling companies. She also holds the role of Vice-Chair at The Payments Association Advisory Board, offering key insights into the regulatory and policy landscape of the payments industry As VP of Global Product Marketing, she was responsible for product development and marketing for 3rd party bank partners across 55 markets. She has extensive international experience and has received recognition across the Fintech industry, including the Fintech Powerlist over many years. Nathalie Oestmann is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Curve UK Ltd. She holds a graduate degree from Cornell University and an undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
