Milena Sheahan, an experienced Coverage Banker with proven ability of establishing, maintaining and developing multifaceted banking relationships with Large Corporate clients, including FTSE 350/private equivalents and Sponsor owned corporates. Extensive financial services experience spanning in-depth sector knowledge across a variety of industries, including Infrastructure, Construction, Services, Industrials and most recently Financial Institutions. Strong track record in business origination and execution of complex debt transactions alongside solid banking expertise and ability to originate across full suite of banking solutions. Experienced in credit and risk analysis. A strong team player who responds well in demanding environments, with proven track record of interacting well in diverse teams in order to drive business goals and results. A dynamic people manager with experience in leading successful deal and origination teams. A dedicated promoter and mentor of talent with charitable interests in selected education initiatives, such as Career Academies UK, across the City of London. Milena Sheahan heads up the APAC Banks Coverage business within Financial Institutions at NatWest. Since joining RBS in 2011, Milena has held a number of senior roles across the organisation including across the Large Corporates, Structured Finance and Financial Institutions businesses. Milena’s previous roles across the Financial Institutions franchise has seen her build up a broad expertise across both the Non-Banks FI and Bank FI marketplaces, including leading a set of complex NBFI clients with a particular focus on UK alternative lenders and UK/European NPL credit companies. Prior to joining NatWest, Milena started her career in Lloyds Banking Group, working across roles in Project Finance, including Infrastructure and Renewables, Debt Markets and finally prior to leaving, in its Global Corporates coverage business.
