Michelle Moore is an accomplished financial services executive having spent the last 15years at Bank of America. Her most recent role at B of A was Head of Digital Banking and Advanced Solutions overseeing the bank’s digital to physical integration, ushering in a new era of digital services and solutions, and achieving the highest client satisfaction results for all businesses that she managed. Under Moore’s leadership, mobile banking users increased from 16 million to over 26 million (between 2014 and 2018), delivered the first app and website to be JD Powers certified for providing exceptional client experience, first to launch contactless ATM’s, first to incorporate Zelle into its mobile banking app, and first to launch an AI driven virtual financial assistant with usage growing to over 4 million users in the first 6 months.
During her tenure leading Digital, Moore also had responsibilities for the following advanced solutions businesses, ensuring all were operating at optimal efficiency, lowest cost, and highest client satisfaction: Branch Network Strategy; ATM strategy and operations; and Sales Call Centers.
