About Michael Väth

Michael is a seasoned global senior executive with working experience in European, American, and Asian business cultures. As a B2B sales and marketing expert, he has led and transformed international teams in large and midsize public and PE/VC-backed Tech-companies. There he managed profitable revenue growth up to the size of >$1 Billion through all relevant channels. His technology experience spans Enterprise Software, SaaS, AI, Big Data/Analytics, Digital Transformation, ESG, Digital Identity, IoT, Services, Data Center Technologies as Embedded Hard- and Software. Today he is supporting Private Equity firms as a Board Member and Senior Advisor in their software- and tech investments, focusing on growth and digitizing sales and marketing processes. As a Business Angel, he is working with early-stage B2B software/deep tech startups and he is a mentor in the Incubation Program of RWTH Aachen University. Michael holds a B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering & Economics from the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt, Germany and he is a founding member of BITKOM, Germany's digital association, and served for many years on its board.
