About Michael McGirr

Mike McGirr serves as VP of Compliance at Reach and is responsible for driving the execution of the Company’s risk and compliance programs to ensure that the overall risks are mitigated and the proper controls are in place to help scale the company globally. A veteran of the payments industry, Mike previously was at Blackhawk as the VP of Risk Management and at Adyen as SVP of Risk and Compliance where he was responsible for building out the compliance and risk programs for the U.S operations as well as expanding the risk operations globally. With expertise in ecommerce fraud management and underwriting, Mike draws upon over 20 years of experience with global merchants from myriad industries. Prior to joining Adyen, Mike has served as Sr. leader at CyberSource (a Visa Company) heading up their global risk and acquiring operations. He started his career at Bank of America Merchant Services as vice president of Risk Management. While not fighting fraud and ensuring the health of the overall business is in good shape, he loves playing golf, cooking and enjoying his family.
