Over 10 years experience as the Managing Director and founder of a number of early stage and well established technology companies, including raising over $70M and the listing of one of those companies on the ASX. Navigated the Australian technology, equity capital markets and corporate sectors as a lawyer, strategic adviser, executive and director. Practised as a corporate advisory, technology and intellectual property lawyer for over 16 years within a number of Australia’s largest law firms before making my escape.
