Melanie Foley is an expert in executive compensation, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), brand and communications, global talent management, real estate, global procurement, workplace services, and strategic development. Known for her collaborative and decisive leadership style, she excels at leading enterprise-wide cultural and business improvements within complex, heavily regulated industries. She empowers C-suite leaders to drive significant initiatives and positions organizations for long-term, profitable growth through strategic realignments. At Liberty Mutual, Melanie Foley led numerous transformative initiatives, including the realignment of the procurement operating model, which resulted in substantial cost savings, and the creation of an enterprise-wide real estate strategy. She also spearheaded an innovative approach that transformed the Talent & Enterprise Services function into a critical driver of global business success. Additionally, she is committed to community service and holds a Trustee position at Boston Medical Center (BMC), where Melanie Foley has contributed to the hospital’s mission and doubled fundraising results for the annual Catwalk for BMC Cancer Care as Co-chair since 2014. Now, she is seeking a board seat with a company that values global experience, operational excellence, and reputational integrity.
