About Matti Niebelschuetz

Matti is managing director and founder of CoachHub (>$330M in funding and >850 people worldwide), a digital turnkey solution in L&D to democratize coaching for employees of all career levels worldwide. He is a serial entrepreneur and former top management consultant (McKinsey Digital) with 15 years of experience in Future of Work, startups and digital business building. Previously he founded ExpertLead (by Rocket Internet) and MyParfum, an e-commerce startup for custom fragrances and co-founded Exolos, Vjsual, Personology, Flaschenlabel and founded Elite Startups, a digital company builder. Before joining the startup industry, Matti graduated with honors in law, with stop-overs at the German parliament and Berlin city parliament.
