Mathias Schütz has a diverse work experience in the financial and software industries. Mathias is currently a member of the Advisory Board at Natech Financial Software since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Client & Technology Solutions at SEBA Bank AG starting in October 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Avaloq, including Country Head for Switzerland & Liechtenstein and CEO of Avaloq Sourcing. Mathias Schütz took a sabbatical from February to August 2019. Before that, they were the CEO of ARIZON Sourcing AG from 2014 to 2019. Mathias Schütz also has an extensive background at Avaloq, where they served as Regional Head for Western and Southern Europe, Managing Director in Asia Pacific, Sales Manager, Head of Pre-Sales, Key Account Manager, and Support Manager from 2000 to 2014. Mathias Schütz started their career as a Sales Representative at Oracle Software Schweiz from 1999 to 2000. Mathias Schütz completed an Executive MBA in Business Engineering from the University of St.Gallen in 2003-2004. Prior to that, they attended FHS St.Gallen University of Applied Sciences from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Betriebsökonom HWV with a focus on Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Mathias Schütz has also obtained certifications in INSEAD Blue Ocean Strategy and INSEAD Advanced Industrial Marketing Strategy Program, in March 2019 and October 2010, respectively.
