About Martin Buch Thorborg

My name is Martin Thorborg and I am a Managing Director, public speaker, author and happy ? In my daily life I am the Managing Director of Visma Dinero, where I work with 85 fantastic colleagues who service more than 75,000 Danish companies with their accounting. It is a really nice work place, where we very day strive to do better for our customers and at the same time have a really good team spirit. Next to that, I work with Amino, Saxis, GoLearn, nBoard, Capino, Amalo, Hotel Klippen, Therns Hotel and Gudhjem Vandrerhjem. These are small innovative companies I own a part of and help achieve their goals. Then I write and participate in various books. The latest is called “From Led to Leder” and is a book about my journey as a business leader and all the challenges I had to go through before I got pretty good at it ? Finally, I give 15-20 lectures a year. Right now it is my leadership lecture "From Led to Leder" that is the most popular, but I also talk about the topics: innovation, networking and personal success.
