As the Managing Director for Synpulse UK, I am passionate about delivering the maximum impact as well as shaping the future of finance. I have lead the build out of Synpulse UK office, leading the growth (4x) of the team and business, and taking full ownership of building and running an office. Proven track record of launching and scaling up offices and new consulting practices, turning around critical situations, and driving multi-million-dollar digital and innovation programs. I have worked with some of the biggest names in banking, including Tier 1 Investment Banks, Private Banks, and Wealth management organizations, and helped them achieve their strategic objectives. I got to shape new lines of business and offering services from the ground up across multiple industries, across Investment Banking, Custody services, Private / Wealth, Private Equity and Venture Capital. Through my leadership, I take great pleasure to inspire my team to strive for excellence, develop innovative solutions, and continuously push the boundaries of what is possible. I am a true advocate for people development, and my approach to coaching for performance has equipped countless consultants with the skills they need to succeed in today's fast-paced environment. With a Master's Degree in Finance and Economics from Toulouse Business School, I am always looking for new ways to create value and drive impact.
