Margus Simson has been building digital services for almost 20 years. During that time, he has developed many of the largest Estonian and Baltic digital solutions, including 90% of the internet banking market, 4 of the largest intranets, telecoms, accounting, medical, pharmacies, education, and more. His role is to deliver breakthroughs in business results through technology and digital solutions. It is always a delicate balance between providing excellent customer experience, understanding business goals, and solving technological challenges. The solutions he develops are always innovative, with key factors being to make services radically simple, understandable, and automatic. He focuses on innovating business processes and understanding human psychology, dreams, and fears. Margus Simson, based in Estonia, is currently a Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Member of the Board at Komerční banka. Margus Simson brings experience from previous roles at Bankovní identita, a.s. (BankID), Ziraff, Luminor and World Cleanup Day (Let's Do It World). Margus Simson holds a 2002 - 2005 MA @ TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
