I am the group Chief Executive - Accenture Operations responsible for leading a team of over 145,000 people within Accenture. My global team of business process services (BPS) leaders and experts is re-imagining business functions to drive transformational value and productivity for clients, and rewarding and fulling careers for employees. A member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee, I am a strong advocate for inclusion and diversity, and improving the way the world works and lives. I am the founder of the Rural ‘impact sourcing’ program, which allows Accenture to partner with small business process services firms based in rural areas and provide employment opportunities to qualified youths, improving their standard of living and financial independence, and paving the way for long-term success.
