Mandy Killam is the Chief Customer Officer at Bottomline overseeing the global customer organization across implementations and onboarding, network and payment operations, customer success, and customer support. She joined Bottomline as Chief Transformation and Operations Officer where she helped the company build operating cadences in its first year as a private company. Mandy Killam began her payments journey of over 25 years in technology as a mainframe programmer before moving through leadership roles in technology, operations, services, acquisition integration, solution consulting and sales, across large P&Ls for companies including ACI and First Data.
With more than 20 years experience in the payments industry and roots in payments software development, and many roles in operations and finance, Mandy Killam drives a focus in bridging the gap between payments strategy and delivery to help banks and financial intermediaries realize opportunities in the ever-changing payments space. She started her career in payments with First Data, where she began as an engineer, then served in a variety of leadership roles in Application Development in the US and the UK. For the last 11 years, She has held leadership roles at ACI Worldwide in Application Development, Product Management, Acquisition Integration, Operations, P&L Management and Sales. She now leads ACI Growth Markets, which includes all markets outside North America, Europe and the UK.
