As Transformation Center Lead, I am responsible for a Unit that reports to the Chief IT, Digital and Innovation Officer of Intesa Sanpaolo, and that includes: - Enterprise architecture (processes and applications view, digital evolution) - Process design, engineering and management - Governance support (monitoring and reporting of KPI, SLA, …) - Infoprovider management Previously, as Managing Director for Accenture, I had Client lead role in IT, Operations, Credit and Risk, Payments and Transaction Banking. I also was the Banking industry and Consulting practice lead for Accenture in ICEG (encompassing Italy, Central Europe and Greece) having sales and profitability target, offering and people development goals in Core Banking, Credit and Payments. I have a broad experience in shaping and implementing Business and IT Transformation programs in the Banking industry.
