About Kurt Meister

My mission is to Help People. I focus that energy and enthusiasm by: Helping my clients win and grow their business. That requires asking provoking questions that help them gain insight on their real needs and how they can best set themselves apart. And it means listening for clues that create change in our company that improves our 3 P's - Product or Process or People. Growing sales by growing sales people. Sales is hard work. I live and coach empathetic listening, asking challenging questions, building trust & camaraderie. Sales is a career choice I respect - it takes resilience to find the few gems of customers that you can make a difference for. I love to see others succeed and grow in their profession and the meaningful impact they have on their customer's business. Family My wife and I met in college (Go Blue!) and have focused our energy ever since on building a foundation to help others. If it's a Meisterfest party or hosting kids at our place or bringing friends on vacation, we try to leverage our strength and laughter as a family to bring people together and joy to their lives. Our autistic son has taught us all a lesson in how to be happy in the simplest of things. My oldest son served as Vice President of Brotherhood at his business fraternity and my youngest served in the Natural Helpers program.
