Having worked for Mitsubishi Corp, managing global tech BD and strategic investments both in Tokyo and Palo Alto for 2 decades, I jump-shipped Mitsubishi In 2000, joined and managed 5 software startups for 16 years mostly in the Silicon Valley, U.S., as the CEO or COO. (Lineo, ACCESS, IP Infusion, UBIP and Midokura). Since 2016, I run SOMPO(insurance/healthcare global conglomerate)’s digital as the Chief Digital Officer then as the CEO of Digital Business. Currently, I am the CEO of 3 companies, Digital Business-SOMPO Holdings, SOMPO Light Vortex, and Palantir Technologies Japan. Specialties: Software/Cloud infrastructure Engineering(by training/certification), Financial Engineering (U.S.CPA & MBA), and Global Tech Business Dev/Management.
