As President, Industry Solutions, Specialty Programs and Captives, Kirby Hill is responsible for the Company’s MGA partnerships, specialty distribution and niche industry businesses. Kirby came to the Company with the acquisition of Imperium and Houston Specialty Insurance Companies in 2010. With 30+ years of experience in all facets of the insurance business, including agency, captive and underwriting operations, Kirby is well-positioned to help key Company businesses grow and develop. Away from the office, Kirby enjoys spending time at the beach, completing home improvement projects, adding to his wine collection and hanging out with his two kids. Kirby is based in Houston, Texas.
