Mr. Richards has over two decades of principal investing experience at Sverica Capital, JP Morgan Partners, Citadel Investment Group and Pequot Capital. Over the course of his career, Mr. Richards has invested in many different businesses throughout the middle market in industries including business and technology services, technology and software. Currently interested in investment opportunities in small to medium sized businesses with greater than $5 million of cash flow or more than $7M of ARR.
