About Joel Radtke

I am the Co-Founder, President & Chief Operating Officer at CollateralEdge. Our FinTech platform provides banks with an innovative, automated solution to bolster the credit profile on individual loans to allow greater underwriting flexibility while maintaining appropriate risk management. My entire career has been in the finance middle market world – including investment banking, private equity, and experience as a corporate CFO for a high-growth company.

Former co-founder and CFO at a private equity backed health care company – United Orthopedic Group. Grew company to ~$100 mm in revenue while executing 15+ acquisitions over a 6-year period. Former VP and junior Partner at Grotech Capital – identifying and executing platform investments in a variety of health care subsectors.

Spent 8 years as an investment banker in New York and Baltimore. Executed a wide array of transactions across M&A, debt and equity – primarily in the health care sector.
