My approach as an executive leader is shaped by a passion for success – the success of the business, its people and its customers. As a result, I draw on a highly commercial mindset and proven experience in strategic business development and transformation to look across the market and identify new opportunities for consumer facing businesses and corporate brands. Crucially, I rally teams around a vision for the future, creating detailed plans that enable execution and collaborative environments that empower performance.
Building on a foundation in sales, marketing and account management, I progressed through a series of diverse leadership roles with Air New Zealand. With accountability for the UK and EU region, I led a period of significant growth and improvement, shaping multi-year strategies, Joint Venture and Alliance relationship and marketing activations that contributed to the business’ market leading customer experience and financial performance. A story of growth cut short by changes in the sector and COVID-19, I have been key to the scale down of the region, witnessing first-hand the focus and dedication of my team in delivering their best, right through to the end.
