CEO and Founder of Clarify Health Solutions, which builds digital and analytic solutions to help patients obtain, and our customers to deliver, more satisfying, better outcome, higher value healthcare. Previously led McKinsey's Healthcare Digital and IT practice. In this capacity, was responsible for developing digital strategies for healthcare clients, as well as deploying digital and IT capabilities to strengthen sales and marketing; automate operations; and improve quality and patient experience. Also built and served as founding Head of McKinsey Advanced Healthcare Analytics (MAHA), which provides services and products on healthcare reform, consumer analytics, new payment and pricing models, and risk management. Experience working in over 15 countries across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa. Includes serving hospitals on financial turnaround, clinical operations improvement, and healthcare IT; and working with governments and payors on health reform and payment innovation. Also supported several private equity firms and investors on market assessments, due diligences, and go-to-market strategies. Formerly Vice Chair of the Board of Lester B.
