About Jaume Puig

Jaume Puig is a contributor to Estrategias de Inversión, where he carries out an exhaustive analysis of the economy as well as the different markets. He is currently the Managing Director of GVC Gaesco , directly managing various Investment Funds and SICAVs. Jaume Puig began his professional career in 1989 at Fibanc. He subsequently worked at Banco Vitalicio, was Financial Director of a business group and, in 1995, joined GVC Gaesco. This expert analyst has won fourteen awards for investment management, ten of which correspond to personally managed funds, three to the management entity as its investment director and one more, individually, as the best equity manager of the last decade. Jaume Puig holds a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and is a Certified European Financial Analyst. He is also a member of the Board of Inverco Catalunya and a member of the Advisory Committee of the Executive Master in Finance at ESADE. He also collaborates with the Master in Finance at the Barcelona GSE.
