He has delivered start-up to scale-up growth using fintech-grade technology and architected substantial enterprise initiatives in a number of roles including building a disruptive digital lending platform from the ground up, definition and migration of (post) merger architectures and implementation of architecture-driven organisational change. He is focused on building and retaining strong, out-performing tech teams, innovating technology to propel business outcomes, and on DevOps approaches to bringing value and success to agile organisations. He has a proven record of motivating and inspiring teams to deliver technology innovations aligned with business strategy.
