Market Analyst Engagement: Market side analysis via IDC, Forrester and Aite
Revenue Management: As GM within Fintech I have a direct Revenue and Bookings target, managing this in partnership with pre-sales and our sales organisation
Product Management: Manage the Product Roadmap and Strategy for Trade & Supply Chain Finance, for the leader in Trade Finance Platforms (multiple global awards).
Technology Strategy & Delivery: Has developed and delivered Technology Strategy across multiple roles (i.e. GTB CIO, Delivery Lead and current role)
Programme Management: Multiple programmes delivered including a "once in a generation activity" - Group CEO and Group CIO(Tier 1 Bank) commenting on core account migration of £32 Billion Balances and Products, included taking over and rescuing this programme.
Team/Organisational Management: Direct 200+; Indirect 600+ and Programme: 1000+, including organisational setup of a COO office with financial management up to 255M-EUR.
