As the CEO of Police Bank Ltd., I have the honour and privilege to lead a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to serving our members in the policing, border, and heritage communities across Australia. With over 25 years of experience in banking, finance, and markets, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to guide our organisation through the challenges and opportunities of the digital age. Since becoming CEO in March 2020, we have undertaken a comprehensive transformation of our financials, risk management, culture, and technology, aiming to deliver trust and value for our current and future members. We are also investing in cybersecurity and fintech innovation, as evidenced by my certifications from HarvardX and Emeritus, to enhance our member experience and security.
