I enjoy exploring and realising the potential and dreams of small to medium size businesses in Africa and the Middle East. I believe travelling extensively in Africa and the Middle East has created my vision of successfully turning the dreams of start-ups into reality, with the support of bigger corporates. A big highlight of my career, was when I started the Africa business for Sage HR & Payroll. With key goals to create, expand and establish a solid foundation for HR & Payroll. I have extensive experience in the industry working across several territories. My current responsibility is heading up medium business for Sage. With numerous years of experience, in sales, strategic management and building strong relationships with our customers and Business Partners, I add value to both business and revenue growth. I consider myself a well-published spokesperson and a strategic business builder with diverse multi-cultural experience. I have strong consultative and strategic global sales management skills working with direct and matrix structures. My objective is to always deliver a great customer experience and to create customers for life. I believe where people work together with aligned goals, we'll be able to achieve greatness beyond personal and business targets.
