I love to solve problems with technology. I strongly believe that Innovation is a big solution for consumers’ pain point and opens up opportunities for business. I rolled out couple of business like retail banking, card business, retail credit and collections, digital financial services and built winning teams. Enjoyed my journey in retail banking industry for 18 years including 8 years as Retail Banking Head and turned a loss incurring retail banking division into BDT 130 crore-profit division, slashed retail NPL from 14% to 1.2% and turned 22 loss making branches into profitable ones. I was privileged to build winning team as Head of MFS and Agent Banking. My team rolled out OK with wallet with in house tech team and OK wallet registered 250k user base in less than 2 years. and my team rolled out agent banking with 75 outlets in short period. Currently, building Dana Fintech as co-founder & CEO and we built digital credit engine and digital banking middlware to offer embedded finance to banks and non banks. We are working to build Lending Operating System for financial institutions and fintechs. My passion is to offer disruptive and wide spread digital financial service with disruptive fintech propositions and magic team. I consider every project as startup and love to build things from scratch and take it to next level. I am driven by innovation, growth hacking and branding.
