Frank Molla envisions a world where people always wake up very inspired, motivated, and feel safe as a leader. People will not care how much leaders know, but they will want to know how much leaders care about them. Growing up, he was always amazed by how technology created a business environment in which time and distance are less important. He realized very early on in his career that he is driven by seeking solutions to problems using technology and bridging real life to digital. He has served in executive positions in both local and global markets for two decades now in the payment space and has a solid track record in negotiations and partnerships in financial services, governments, regulators, telcos, fintechs, payments enablers, corporate (B2B), and NGOs. He is a believer in bridging real life to digital to impact how we bank, transact, and pay. But to achieve all this, he believes we need to start listening. Frank Molla holds a 2023 - 2024 SEPA in Senior Executive Program Africa @ Harvard Business School.
