Fernando Araya is the CEO and Co-founder, bilingual, and a Commercial Engineer from the University of Chile, with Management studies at Stanford University, and has over 20 years of experience across four industries: Fintech, Compensation Funds, Banking, and Mass Consumption. He has worked in leading companies in their fields, such as TeNpo, Caja los Andes, BCI, and Unilever.

 

From 2018 to 2019, Araya Remagni worked as the Gerente divisional de negocio at Caja Los Andes, where they were a member of the executive committee and directly reported to the General Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the five business areas, leading a team of over 80 executives. Their strategic development and integral approach to the main revenue and cost drivers resulted in significant profit growth.

 

Araya Remagni also co-founded Los Andes tarjetas de prepago S.A and served as the Vice President.

 

Fernando Araya is a value builder for customers, driven by the belief that happy employees bring happy customers. He utilizes three key strategies: Customer Experience, Change Management, and Lean Management, to generate results while ensuring an enjoyable process for all involved.

 

Fernando Araya has extensive experience in managing businesses, both to accelerate their growth and to revitalize them, and has developed dozens of product and service innovations. He has been a key player in digital transformation processes through the introduction of technologies, "agile" lean management processes, and business intelligence strategies, achieving new sources of revenue generation.

 

Fernando Araya has a strong results orientation and problem-solving skills, combined with a clear motivation to lead and develop high-performance teams, fostering an environment of genuine collaboration.

 

Fernando Araya Remagni completed the Executive Management Program from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Ingeniería Comercial from Universidad de Chile, graduating in 2000. Fernando achieved the top spot in their final class degree.
