About Fabian Padilla Crisol

Fabian Padilla Crisol is Chief Digital Officer for Greater China & Managing Director of SAP Hong Kong. In this position he leads digital innovation and transformation across the region to help customers adopt new technology innovations to grow their business. As the Managing Director of Hong Kong he is responsible for driving SAP’s strategy, operations, revenue, and customer success in Hong Kong. Fabian is a senior business leader with an outstanding track record spanning more than 20 years at SAP, where he's held various senior management roles in sales, consulting, software development, finance and business operations. During his tenure, Fabian led management teams and drove aggressive growth targets and regional expansion to transform teams and build new business ecosystems. Throughout his SAP career, Fabian gained valuable experience leading multi-national teams across Asia Pacific and Japan, EMEA and the Americas. These global experiences established Fabian’s in-depth knowledge of regional markets and diversified cultures to motivate and build strong teams to meet customer demands and market requirements. His success leading business transformation programs, implementing global shared service centers, establishing new business models and business process outsourcing have helped many of the world’s leading companies run better.
