Founder and CEO of ClauseMatch (www.clausematch.com), which provides financial institutions with a modern AI-based compliance platform to transform their regulatory change management process.

Having worked for a decade in the legal profession in Morgan Stanley and Gazprom UK, I created ClauseMatch to address challenges that I experienced myself in working on trading contracts and implementing regulatory changes brought by Dodd-Frank and MiFID. As a member of the Technology Committee in Morgan Stanley, I saw the inadequacy of existing legacy and incumbent solutions on offer for compliance and legal departments.

Today ClauseMatch is a market leader in the new generation policy management and compliance software with multiple awards in the finance and insurance sectors. With offices in London, New York and Singapore, ClauseMatch is backed by the leading Venture Capital firms and services clients such as Barclays, Intesa SanPaolo, Revolut and many more.

I studied Law at the University of Exeter and University of Rennes I. I am passionate about technology and modern work tools that help people in large organisations to enjoy their work.
