About Euan Hamilton

Euan Hamilton, Previously Deputy CEO of RBS Non Core Division, and Global Head of RBS Leverage Finance and Sponsor Coverage. He retired from RBS in 2011. From 2013 to 2018, he played a major role in the successful turnaround of Bank of Cyprus Group, including an equity raise of 1 billion euros, and a subsequent float on the UK stock exchange. Today, Euan Hamilton is Chairman of Cynergy Bank (a fast-growing UK-based specialist lending bank focused on property entrepreneurs, family businesses, and SMEs), and also a NED and Chair of Remco at AIM-listed paper converter Accrol Papers, and Chair of Resolute Asset Management.
