About Erin Lantz

Erin Lantz is an innovative technology executive and board member who brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling operations for leading real estate and financial service industry leaders, including Zillow Group and Bank of America. She serves on the boards for TrueCar, Inc (Nasdaq: TRUE), where she is a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating & Governance Committee, and Shelter Acquisition Corp (Nasdaq: SHQAU.) She was previously a member of the board and Risk Management Committee and Regulatory Compliance Committee of Washington Federal (Nasdaq: WAFD.) She is a member of the NextGen Board Leaders Advisory Council and a mentor for onBoarding Women.. Erin is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Ethos, a fintech company specializing in life insurance that uses technology and predictive analytics to transform the traditionally long and cumbersome term life insurance process into a modern, digital experience. Erin has a proven track record of putting innovation and consumers first in even the most complex and heavily regulated industries. Prior to Ethos, she spent nearly a decade at Zillow Group, leading Zillow’s Mortgage business. She began her career in the financial services sector working for Boston Consulting Group and Bank of America, where she led the direct-to-consumer purchase mortgage business.
