About Eric Harnden

Eric Harnden is currently an investor, board member and strategic advisor to a number of insurance and insurance related software companies. Prior to this he was VP of Partnerships and Agency Distribution at Next Insurance following the successful acquisition of AP Intego - a leading commercial lines insurtech broker - where he was co-founder and Managing Director . Earlier in his career he was co-founder and Co-CEO of Agencyport, a software firm focused on deliver innovative insurance solutions to over 100 P&C insurers globally. Prior to this Eric held the position of Global CTO, while working at Sword Insurance, the company that acquired AgencyPort where he was CTO and Co-founder. He began his career in insurance e-commerce at John Hancock Financial Services. Eric Harnden, based in Waltham, MA, US, is currently a Managing Partner at Bullfrog Advisors. Eric Harnden brings experience from previous roles at Boston Pickle Club and Next Insurance. Eric Harnden holds a 1988 - 1992 Bachelor of Arts in Psychology @ Connecticut College.
