About Elizabeth Graham

I am an experienced Board Director with 15+ years experience in business change and technology. Most of my time has been in the insurance industry where I progressed from Executive and Senior Management roles in Operations to leading Insurance Business Units. I have a solid understanding of all aspects of insurance with expertise in UK retail insurance, London Market operations, risk & capital management, regulation, technology and business change. With 7 years’ experience as a Board Director, I have fulfilled the roles of Chairman, Chief Operating Officer and Business Unit Head across four different boards. I have steered and overseen major organisational changes, business strategy, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory changes such as Solvency II and Conduct Risk. As a member of several LMA and London Market committees I have directed market-wide initiatives on business change, operational efficiency and regulatory change. I have excellent leadership skills and thrive upon working with others. I am people oriented which has helped me to drive change through organisations. I enjoy complexity and am very results driven.
