Eelco-Jan Boonstra is the former (as of December 2023) Chief Commercial Officer at Fourthline, a leading provider of digital identity verification solutions for the financial sector and beyond. With over 20 years of experience in the software industry, he has a proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across various regions and markets. He is passionate about delivering innovative solutions that empower customers to tackle both growth and perpetual identity challenges, helping them stay at the top of their game. In his previous roles, he led and oversaw the commercial strategy and execution of several fast-growing and disruptive software companies, such as Mambu, Teradata, Datameer, and Qlik. Eelco-Jan Boonstra has successfully built and managed high-performing teams, developed and executed go-to-market strategies, and established strong relationships with key customers and partners. He has also collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to drive market share expansion, product and marketing development, and customer retention. Eelco-Jan Boonstra is mission is to simplify customer onboarding and help financial institutions thrive in a complex and ever-changing regulatory landscape. The main challenge was to successfully transition from a perpetual license model to a SaaS model and rebuilding both the commercial and supporting organizations to adapt while maintaining productive.
