About Ed Milano

As Vice President, Marketing, Sun Life Financial U.S., I am responsible for branding and advertising, product marketing, digital and social media, public relations, philanthropy, sponsorships, and events, ensuring that marketing initiatives are closely aligned with the U.S. strategic goals and integrated with Sun Life’s global vision. I advocate for our analytics and insights program, giving Clients the power of data for benchmarking, giving operational teams predictive tools and helping our organization stay intensely aware of Client needs through online communities and co-creation research. I serve on Sun Life's U.S. Product Committee and International Sustainability team, and I am a proud ally in our GLOBE Inclusion Network. Prior to joining Sun Life, I spent 17 years with Continuum, a global innovation and design consulting firm, most recently having served as Managing Vice President, Sales and Marketing. I have been a public speaker on innovation and design and had the privilege of being Innovator in Residence at the Center for Creative Leadership. My career started in advertising at two NY-based agencies.
