Recently returned to Wales, Eamon Tuhami is a founder and investor, with over 20 years experience and several exits behind him. An early digital marketing pioneer he helped launched Experian's consumer business in the the UK followed by their Ad-Tech services. Eamon then went on to found Digital-Labs a successful ‘growth’ focused agency working with many leading brands including Virgin, CompareTheMarket, AOL, Accential and many more. In 2015 Eamon founded Motivii.com a brilliant management tool to connect, motivate and enhance teams’ performance. Used by GSK, LLoyds Bank and Expedia but to name a few, Eamon sold this business at the end of 2020. He sits on the Board of FinTech Wales, is DIT’s Dealmaker for Wales, and runs the growth consultancy X8IQ.com. Eamon is passionate about helping the local startup ecosystem grow and thrive and can often be found supporting startups with their pitch decks and business models. Eamon is a experienced leader with a keen passion for helping build new ventures through collaborative efforts. His expertise lies in devising commercialisation strategies and leading go-to-market initiatives, making him adept at assisting both established corporations in introducing new offerings and early-stage companies in achieving product-market fit. Eamon was been instrumental in the launch of Experian's consumer and ad-tech divisions and has collaborated with leading firms such as Microsoft, AOL, Virgin, and Ascential to leverage their data capabilities more effectively. He has played a pivotal role in the development and expansion of over 100 startups and represents the UK Government as a global tech ambassador for their Global Entrepreneur Programme. Committed to being radically candid to help business grow, Eamon actively contributes to the technological ecosystems in London, Cardiff, and Bristol. Eamon Tuhami holds a 2002 - 2003 London Guildhall University.
