As the Country Manager (AU/NZ) for Marqeta, Duncan Currie is excited to work with the innovators in the region to bring their products to life using a market-leading modern card issuing platform.
Prior to this, he was the founder of Stage3, a growth agency focused on product strategy & innovation and performance marketing for FinTech's.
Prior to setting up Stage3, Duncan Currie headed up the Asia Pacific region for Global Fintech start-up, Tuxedo Money Solutions; as well as being Director, Prepaid Products at Visa Inc. and has over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services sector across strategy, product, and sales.
Has been within the Cards & Payments industry for over 20 years, across several roles within Product, Strategy, Marketing, Business Development, and General Management.
A Swiss army knife, able to draw upon experiences within financial services, financial technology, card networks, and consulting to solve the problems that have an impact on the customer and the business.
