About Dov Marmor

Dov is a FinTech executive, co-host of FinTech Rapid Fire with Scarlett Sieber, Cornell business school lecturer, and Forbes contributor. He has led 3 API platform businesses in Payments as a Service (PaaS), Banking as a Service (BaaS) and Credit Cards as a Service (CCaaS). He currently is Chief Operating of North America for Railsbank, a Visa-backed FinTech Platform that allows businesses to prototype, build, and scale their own branded credit card with a simple suite of APIs. Prior to Railsbank, he led two of the leading B2B FinTech Platforms (Green Dot BaaS and Currencycloud) through exponential YOY growth and built multi-million dollar partnerships with companies like Uber, Intuit, Stash, Wealthfront, and several publicly traded banks. He has a strong background in business leadership and strategy - including sales, marketing, customer success, P&L management, and organizational design.  Focused on scaling teams, processes, and partnerships to accelerate innovative technologies, Dov is particularly skilled at launching high growth divisions within established companies.  He has a strong subject matter expertise in FinTech, Banking as a Service (BaaS), SaaS, cloud & API technologies, enterprise tech, and professional services. Dov received his MBA from Cornell, where he lectures a course on FinTech and serves on the Alumni Board. In his free time, he's an avid traveler and adventure junky who loves spending time outdoors and hanging with his family.
