Doug DeSchutter, as Co-President, Investor Communication Solutions and a member of Broadridge’s Executive Committee since 2007, he is responsible for Broadridge’s Proxy, Prospectus, Class Actions, and Customer Communications businesses. He is also responsible for Broadridge's overall digital strategies and transformation. Prior to his current role, he led Broadridge’s Customer Communications business and overall digital communications strategy since 2015, oversaw Broadridge’s U.S. proxy and prospectus services from 2013 to 2015, and headed Broadridge’s Transaction Reporting business from 2009 to 2012. As the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer for Broadridge from 2007 to 2009, he was responsible for mergers, acquisitions, and strategy. He also served in various strategy and corporate development roles for Automatic Data Processing (ADP). Prior to joining ADP in 2002, he was Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Lehman Brothers with a focus on the technology sector. He previously co-founded and served on the board of Inlet, LLC; served as Chairman of the Organizational Studies Leadership Committee for the University of Michigan; was a mentor for the Columbia University Graduate Technology Management program; and served on the Long Island Board for the American Heart Association. Doug DeSchutter is a experienced executive who currently holds various leadership positions at Broadridge. Doug also serves as a member of Digital 50 at World 50, Inc., a global community of senior executives driving business transformation through digital. Doug holds an MBA from Duke University and dual bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering.
