My job is about developing solutions that improve the health of Canadians. To accomplish that I focus on people, technology, creative solutions, change and a whole lot more - that’s what I love about it. Driving customer engagement is critical when it comes to delivering benefit solutions that matter. Getting it right means we need to work to actively engage all of our customers at every moment of truth. We need to listen, understand their needs, and deliver innovative solutions that engage customers throughout life's most important moments. My role allows me to work with a cross section of top notch professionals in their field of expertise across Canada to deliver solutions focused on improving the health of Canadians .
