PassFort digitally transformed the way compliance professionals work, breaking the compromise between compliance and customer experience in the fight against financial crime. The business was acquired by Moody’s Corporation in November 2021 for a 9 figure sum. Donald has been recognised by both the UK Centre for Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurial Scotland as one of the UK’s top young business leaders. He now spends his time investing in and mentoring the next generation of European and US based founders. He is Angel investing in and supporting entrepreneurs building globally ambitious technology companies. He is also investing in European venture debt and venture capital funds as an LP.
