Designing full end to end (award winning!!) products keeping our users at the forefront of the solution. My background is in SaaS cloud based IT implementations to strict guidelines and timeframes. Specialties include, Flexible Benefits, Online Benefits Communications, Pay and Reward, Total Reward Statements and System Integration. I enjoy fast paced development sprints in an agile methodology, and am clearly focussed on creating functional but engaging end to end technology for every user role. I have a personal interest in UX / UI and Gamification. People expect a little more out of their digital world, and if I get my way... they shall have it!
