Previously COO/CFO/Interim CEO (Paternity Leave) at Pact Coffee & President/COO/CFO at Mind Candy. Last F/T position was COO/CFO/Interim CEO at Pact, the largest direct to consumer speciality coffee subscription service in the UK, now focussing on growing wholesale and B2B with Pact At Work. Prior to Pact was President/COO/CFO and one of the driving forces behind Mind Candy, turning it from what was a small start-up based in Battersea, to a $250m company that developed the global kids phenomenon Moshi Monsters. Divinia worked in collaboration with Mind Candy’s founder and CEO Michael Acton Smith from 2006, two years after the company was established. A qualified management accountant, her years of business experience helped grow Moshi Monsters into one of the leading kids’ entertainment brands of the digital age. Prior to Mind Candy, Divinia was in retail management for HOWE London, Belgravia. She worked on large-scale global interior design projects, focused across both commercial and residential for the likes of Madonna, Mick Jagger and Sharon Stone as well as Hackett stores in London, NY and Milan. She also worked with luxury London interior designers such as Veere Grenney, Candy & Candy, Mlinaric and Melissa Wyndham.
