Here are some of the best adventures I had: 2019 - Present | Starting a start-up payment to change how merchants accept payment: - Employee #001 of a start-up in a new industry. - Led in the application of the Payment Services license. 2017 - 2019 | Championing the start of the digital transformation journey: - Pioneer product team at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), and champion for agile and customers-centric mindset within the organisation. One of the pioneers in setting up a new department within the organisation. Covered the cyber security, fintech, data and AI media desk. 2009 - 2017 | Building up digital capabilities within the public sector - Worked in different agencies to build up their digital capabilities from ground zero. - Guided senior management in using their social media platforms to drive thought leadership and public communications. - Led multi-agencies digital marketing campaigns and efforts for Singapore's 50th birthday and Pioneer Generation events. - Awarded the Permanent Secretary Award for effective use of social media during the H1N1 pandemic.
