About Dean Giem

After being a part of the retail industry for a number of years, I found my career in the insurance industry. I still believe today, as I did then, that education is the best not only for our clients, but for the industry. I have a passion for helping others, providing knowledge and bringing value beyond the product, paycheck, or classroom. At Paradox Insurance Agency, we aren't just an agent or even a trusted adviser, we are your partner. I founded Paradox Insurance Agency as a result of my desire to be a resource and provide true partnership to my clients, my team, and our communities. We work to ensure our clients are given the knowledge to make educated decisions while bringing new talent into the industry as professionals, not just order takers. Outside of being a champion of the insurance and risk management business, I am a proud father of four boys and two granddaughters.
