Daniel Pears is the Vice President - Europe and Data Lead for Collabera Digital. He brings over 20 years experience working in data, crossing industry, consulting, and systems integrator roles and specialises in delivery of strategic data transformation and building high performance data delivery teams. Daniel Pears has experience in the establishment and expansion of high performing data teams, specialising in delivering data services to UK and Global Insurance, Capital Markets and Banking clients. He has a successful track record of growth, opening new clients and expanding a team supporting global delivery of complex data transformation programmes, coupled with a deep focus on establishing supportive and high performance delivery culture. Earlier in his career Daniel Pears delivered data programs and consultancy services at Deloitte in Australia and the UK, including large-scale MI and MDM programmes in the Telecommunications, Public Sector, and Oil and Gas industries.
